Spend a comfortable time at Shinsaibashi with Cats

This article is for people who love cats, and want to spend time with cats!

The store we will be introducing today is “NECO PUBLIC.”

This store raises the goal of making the numbers of euthanized cats zero by the 22nd of February 2022.

It is a cafe which looks after cats while at the same time is looking for caretakers of cats with the local cat welfare group.

The first floor of the cafe is for take-outs and the reception for the cat cafe.

The second floor sells a variety of goods including goods for pets, and the third~fifth floor is a place to play with cats.

NECO PUBLIC has a stamp card and each time you visit the cafe you will get a stamp.

Your rank will go up as you get more stamps. (Knight→Baron→ Viscount→Earl→Marquis→Duke)

The fifth room will be only open to Marquis and Dukes from this August.

The cafe can be used for 30 or 60 minutes and you can choose to extend for 30 minutes if that is not enough.

Going through the second floor and on the way upstairs, we found a cat!

Some cats were running around while somewhere taking a nap in the warm sunlight. At around 4 pm, many cats start to take a nap, so if you want to take a look at their cute sleeping faces 4 pm is recommended.

Although some cats seem to be sleeping all the time…

Each cat has a different characteristic just like humans, some are very active while others may be very quiet.

At NECO PUBLIC we can play with many kinds of cats.
