“Osaka Park” 5 Parks to Play with Children near the Station

There are many parks in Osaka. This article will be introducing large parks in Osaka city that are recommended to go with your children!

The first park is Osaka Castle playground equipment Square close to “Morinomiya Station” of Osaka Metro Chuo Line・JR Osaka Kanjo Line.

Popular spot：The Small castle

The small castle is a playground equipment made similar to the Osaka castle. It is interesting to see that the castle also has rope ladders to climb.

There is a slide which children can slide down on the 3rd floor. There is also a spring-shaped tunnel to enjoy.

In the center of the park, there is a gourd-shaped slide for small children to enjoy.

The park is also known for its ume flowers and cherry blossoms in the spring.

There are fountains and flowerbeds in the park. Nearby kindergartens and preschools come to walk around the park and the park is always full of small children. There is also a museum「Kids Plaza Osaka」next to the park so children can play inside the museum even if it happens to rain.

Sumiyoshi park is located in front of Nankai Main Line “Sumiyoshitaisha Station”.
