Let’s learn Japanese history. The History Museum in Osaka!

The museum is located near Osaka Castle and the NHK Osaka Broadcasting Station. The exhibition zone is divided into four floors – “ancient,” “medieval and early modern era,” “Archaeology” and “Dai-Osaka era” (Big Osaka). We will introduce you to the attractions of the museum.

There are many beautiful exhibits decorated with historical items from the ancient Osaka time period.

The entrance hall displays real ancient ruins that can be seen through the glass.

There are also events held on a regular basis, and many tourists come to visit the event. You can check out the event details and visit the museum if you are interested.



Check out the view of Osaka from the windows. Osaka Castle is just around the corner, so take a quick walk to look at Osaka’s symbol.


If you are going to Osaka Castle, it would be a good idea to visit Osaka Museum of History at the same time.

A set ticket is sold so that you can conveniently visit both. If you are interested in Osaka’s history,  it may be interesting to learn more about it.
