Beside Utusbo park which is famous for its roses.
CHASHITSU Japanese Tea & Coffee
CHASHITSU Japanese Tea & Coffee is located in Osaka Nishiku, and is south of Utsubo park known for its rose garden. The cafe offers Japanese sweets and drinks.
Inside the cafe gives a clean impression with its white colors, and wood.
The cube-shaped booth made of steel and tatami floors, which comes along with Chagama tea pots, ladle, Kyusu, flower arrangements, and other coffee making items reminds us of a Japanese traditional tea room.
Spending time watching the flower arrangements arranged by professionals, or looking outside at the Utsubo park is a great way to spend your time. English menus are available so there is no worry even if you cannot read Japanese.
What is an Ohagi burger!?
The Ohagi burger is a new type of Japanese dessert made by CHASHITSU Japanese Tea & Coffee and a Japanese sweet store. It is perfect for people who have already tried the normal Edo ohagi and is looking for something new.
The ohagi is popular dessert in Japan among all generations, and its shape and taste have remained the same since the Edo era.
The ohagi burger was made to eat this ohagi in a more casual way. The size of the ohagi burger is about one mouth full, and it comes in many flavors such as sesame seed, Japanese crops, and other seasonal flavors.
The sesame seed flavor ohagi burger is a dessert which is made of sweet bean paste wrapped with sticky dough. Sesame seed is sprinkled over the ohagi burger so when it is eaten, the sesame seed flavor will spread in your mouth.
Other ohagi burgers contain walnuts in the dough so we can enjoy different textures for different flavors.
