Harukas 300

“Harukas 300”, the observatory inside the building “Abeno Harukas” is definitely the best view spot in Osaka. On top of the highest building in Japan from 300m above the ground, not to mention the city of Osaka but far away Kobe, Akashi Kaikyo great bridge and Kyoto tower also can be seen if you are lucky.
