The Senshu area is located in southern Osaka, Japan. The full length marathon is one of Japan’s major races with a challenging 5 hour time lilmit. Enjoy the pleasant sea breeze blowing in from Osaka Bay. Watch sea gulls glide and airplanes land and takeoff at KIX from the course. Run to the beat of traditional danjiri festival drums and flutes along the route as you invigorating full-length marathon. Spend time visiting some of Senshu’s important cultural sites such as Nintoku-tenno-ryo Kofun (one of the largest burial mounds in the world) and Kishiwada Castle.
