The main palace was built in a unique architectural style “Ikutama-zukuri”.
It is prayed for varieties of gods such as the guardians for women, god of performance, victory, and constructions etc.
You can enjoy the nature in Osaka City while walking the pathway to the shrine “Ikutama-Mairi Road”.
“Ikutama Matsuri Festival”, one of the best three festivals in Osaka is held 11th and 12th July every year.

Horikoshi Shrine

“Horikoshi-san is a god can make your wish come true once in your life”. This is said from old times about here “Horikoshi Shrine” and many prayers visits from all over Japan.
This is a historical shrine was built as a guardian of Shitenno-ji by Shotoku-Taishi.
If you were feeling unlucky recently, why don’t you visit and touch a sacred tree inside this shrine?
It might share some luck with you!

Also a beautiiful Japanese garden “Yoshitaku-en” and historical site related to Sengoku-soldiers “Chausu-yama” is located near by. Please check them out.

Hozenji

「Hozenji is especially famous for Nishimukai Fudo Myoo, as known as “Mizukake Fudo-san”
Fudo-san is covered by a thick layer of moss since every prayers pour water over the statue to make a wish.
On east and west side of this temple there are two food districts called “Hozenji Yokocho”. Varieties of Japanese foods and okonomiyaki restaurants are standing in a line.
